SAFETY TIPS
IMPORTANT
Think
of your garage door / gate and opener just like your motor vehicle.
Annual servicing will help maintain the life span of your operator and
avoid costly repairs.
For additional safety protection A Photo Electric (PE) Beam sensor can be installed. For a small additional outlay
we advise that PE Beams be
installed with the opener to ensure safety and
peace of mind.

DO NOT operate the garage door opener when people or animals are near
the
door. Children must be supervised near a garage door at all times when the
door opener is in use.

DO NOT allow children to operate or play with the garage door opener.

Have your door serviced annually to make sure that all facets of the door
and opener are working correctly.

DO NOT disengage the door opener to manual operation with people
or objects including motor vehicles within the doorway.

Install the wall switch or wall mounted transmitter in a location
where it is
out of reach of children and the garage door is clearly visible.

Keep hands, feet and loose clothing clear of the door and door opener
at all times.

Frequently examine the door, in particular cables,
springs and mountings
for signs of wear, damage or imbalance. Call our office to arrange a service call to have these issues corrected. DO NOT attempt to repair the door
yourself as hardware is under extreme tension.

Make sure that the door is fully open before driving in or out of
the garage
and fully closed before leaving the driveway.

Make sure that remote controls are kept out of reach of children.
